How long does it take to pick up and deliver vehicles?
Delivery of your vehicle will take anywhere from the same day to 14 days. A vehicle transport trip from the east to west vice versa usually takes from 7 to 14 days. Shorter auto shipping trips can take from 1 to 7 days, depending on the distance. Traffic, weather, truck breakdowns, may slow down the transport. Pickup and delivery dates are estimated but are not guaranteed.

What do I do if my car has noticeable damage on it that did not exist before?
The most important part of your vehicle transportation service is choosing your transportation company. The company will do a Vehicle Condition Report, which is part of the auto shipper’s Bill of Lading. The Driver will do a full inspection of your vehicle at the time we take custody of it, before the car transporter loads your vehicle. This will note the condition of your vehicle at the time he receives it. The shipper, (that’s you) or your authorized agent will need to verify the notations made and sign that you agree with them. The shipper should receive a copy of the inspection report before the vehicle leaves the point of origin. Damage claims at the destination will be based on the condition of your vehicle as reported on the condition report, before it was transported. The next best thing to do is take pictures of your car that are clear and cover all angles. This way if damages have occurred during shipment you can prove what dings, dents and other damages are a result of the shipment.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, money orders, cashier’s check, Visa and MasterCard, or PayPal. No personal checks or business checks will be accepted, unless prior arrangements have been discussed. Payment must be arranged prior to pick up.
